01 / How we work
We look at the work, the firm and whether the right project contact is open to a conversation.
We review public healthcare project records for scope, location, status and timing.
We consider the trade, experience and work the firm wants to pursue.
We check whether the appropriate project-side contact is open to an introduction.
We connect both parties by email with the project and relevant experience in context.
02 / Where we focus
Healthcare projects demand more than an available crew. We focus on contractors whose trade and past work make sense for the scope.
Firms equipped to coordinate construction or renovation in healthcare settings.
Specialists whose experience aligns with the systems and stage of a project.
Contractors with relevant work in clinical or other complex occupied facilities.
Teams whose project history fits the facility and proposed scope.
We consider the location, timing and type of work alongside a firm’s experience. If the fit is unclear, we ask before proposing an introduction.
03 / The introduction
We name the project and recipient in a written offer. The contractor pays one flat fee before we make the introduction. The fee does not depend on a bid or contract award.
Read the termsYou know who the introduction is to, what work it concerns, and what it costs.
04 / Details
The project and the proposed introduction should be specific before any firm makes a decision.
We review public healthcare project records for scope, location, status and timing. A filing gives us a starting point; it does not mean a bid is open.
General contractors and specialist firms in electrical, plumbing and fire suppression with experience relevant to healthcare work. We assess fit project by project.
The written offer identifies the project, the proposed project-side contact, what the introduction includes and the flat fee. You decide whether to proceed.
One direct email introducing your firm to a named project-side contact, with the project and relevant experience in context. The project side does not pay an introduction fee.
No. The project team controls its own procurement and next steps. An introduction does not guarantee a meeting, bid invitation or contract.
There is no fee for discussing your firm. We only propose a paid introduction when there is a specific project and a relevant contact to name.
We check whether the appropriate project-side contact welcomes it before presenting a paid introduction. A public project filing alone is not permission.
The terms provide a full refund if the project-side contact does not acknowledge the introduction within five business days. The written offer states the conditions before payment.
